Many people have noticed that I recently stopped using GetSatisfaction. I have been receiving many alarming emails wondering the reasons behind the move. This is most likely alarming because I have developed GetSatisfaction Stacks and Snippets for Rapidweaver.

Today I want to go over what I liked and disliked about GetSatisfaction. Then I will get into the reasons as to why I decided to stop using their service.

I started my trek of creating a blog back in 2006 while I lived in London. Back then I was completely new to Mac and was using iWeb. It worked very well for me and it was a piece of cake to use. Believe it or not, I actually wrote regular blogs for about 8 or 9 months. However, when I moved back to California, I wanted to take things to the next level. So I purchased Rapidweaver, setup a few ugly (and I mean ugly) versions of my site and basically procrastinated, aaaaand procrastinated…. Fast forward 2 years and 2 more kids later…. (more…)
