If you like the Feedback tab that you see to the left, I have released a RWSnippet for that as well. You can download it along with the Get Satisfaction Stacks.

GetSatisfaction Feedback Widget

Collect and prioritize customer feedback on a dedicated page on your site by embedding our feedback page widget. This is the same stack that you see on the bottom of each of my product pages!

The below widget is fully integrated with my Get Satisfaction account. Please only submit real Ideas/Questions/etc only. This is not for testing purposes. Thanks for understanding... Cheers, Joe

Customizing Your Stack

Company ID: The Get Satisfaction ID of your company.

Height: The height of the widget in pixels.

Align: The alignment in respect to the page. (center | right | left)

Default Type: Feedback type (idea | question | problem | praise)

GetSatisfaction Search Widget

Search and display Get Satisfaction topics on your site, an excellent complement to your existing knowledge base or FAQ.

Customizing Your Stack

Company ID: The Get Satisfaction ID of your company.

Title: The title on top of the widget.

Search label: The label for the search field.

Show Only Type: limit search results to a type. Leave blank to return all results. (idea | question | problem | praise)

Limit Results: The number of results to return.

GetSatisfaction Topic List Widget

Give customers access to community knowledge by displaying Get Satisfaction topics directly on your help, support, or product pages.

List All Topics: Show all topics

List Only: Limit results to a type (idea | question | problem | praise)

List All Products: Show topics for all products

Product ID: The id of the product you want to limit topics to.

Limit Results: The number of results to return.
